Ex-girlfriend in Ireland told me that Shanghai is the ín' place for the Irish buying an investment property. I think external property investment will start a second leg of the property boom.
China Govt says that the economy is growing at 9% yet keep on being surprised by the amount of tax they're receiving...??? Because everyones making $hitloads more than you think. I reckon if they can't control commodity prices they'll let the yuan appreciate to keep real import costs down.
This is China's century! I have no doubts and very few concerns. They're basically good, very hard working family oriented people.
Buggers to negotiate with though.
I'm not an economist but you don't have to be here - just look out of the window!
