oilpete: You're right, of course! But, they do controi exports. ie: the Fedgov could conceivably limit LNG exports thus forcing the sellers to sell the excess into the market within the Eastern States(ES). What is /or should be a worry to ES voters, is that WA has had a Domgas policy since 1972, yet those ES pollies over the years never thought to implement the requirement before Gladstone got up and running. Now, that neglect has come home to roost for ES households and businesses. Sad!
