Buffy's right - it's old news. The article was from September 7th. JPR won't have a problem (Govt wise) - they have all the plans well mapped out and organised. Sentiment seems to be getting stronger weekly for the pro green future. I'm hearing more and more about green house gases and global warming on the TV each day - so really Gander just has to find the right people and soon!! It won't hapen overnight, but I believe it WILL happen!!
