Most of us are in this for Block 31 development and beyond and the J50 well is the first to flow. 100% strike rate so far.
I expect J50 to produce in line with wells nearby....circa 400-500 bopd. We are at 220 bopd still in cleanup mode and no assistance (acid wash and/or pump).
Short term players got burnt. I have probably been burnt on JPROA but still haven't written them off. My main play has always been JPR. Fundamentally, everything is on track. If this drops to 4c tomorrow, I'll be buying again. I was happy to trump up considerable cash at 6.5c. We now have a confirmed commercial oil well and the stock is 33% cheaper. That's a strong buy for me. I cannot speak for anyone else.
People like fluffy say they would be furious. Why? No-one forced me to take stock at 6.5c. Furious = emotional. Emotion has no place in the repertoire of full time investors IMO.
