Its also prudent to make decisions using conservative assumptions. Doesn't mean those assumptions are correct or even the most likely outcome. However, its prudent to take the safer / conservative path.
Perhaps some holders would be happier if they said we assume 100% of options will convert and will start divident payouts in July....
