Why should it be around 90c when you would have the pressure of holders selling down to then take up the offer, it was always going to happen, people do not like to miss an opportunity to unlock a bit of cash.

We may even see it drop down to the 65c level again as people sell down the placement shares to also take profit, i would bet they will rise once the selling pressure dies off.

I could not see how this stock could hold 90c when people knew they could sell and re buy at the offer price of 60c and then sell again after the offer for a further profit.
