Retail holders,instutions & cornerstone dont always sell to buy additional shares.Stocks like bluescope steel,
Pan aust, Rio,Ausenco who have had rights issues are trading substantially above their issue price.

I also note that the substantial shareholders in KZl have previously taken up their rights in order to avoid dilution.

Only time will tell, imo this stock Will reach 90 cents.
in the next 2 weeks.
