    The Announcement says that they will buy another 12million shares, not 8.3 millions of them.

    All in all the Announcement is very good. let's hope that the sp will hold at least to that SPP level now.
    If WM will follow this good news with some more good news in the not too distant future, IMO the sp will not only hold to that level, but it should move up further a notch or two.
