Not correct AKA. That is not right.
When someone reaches that level of more than 19.9999% of the total shares on issue, all they have to do is to declare their intentions, not having to go to next step and having to make a T/O.
Besides even when one has reached that level, they can also make use of the creeping up provisions which allows them to increase their holding every approximatley 6 months or on a yearly basis.
STO, with ESG for instance, is a good point in case, and a proof of what I am saying.
