Hmnn ! well shareholders have to vote on issuing another 8.3m shares ! ? they have paid $82m going by todays announcement which means they need to chuck another $48m our way to get to the headline $130m number.

so shareholders are going to vote to issue another 8 million odd shares at $5.80 which is over $2 north of todays price ?

Looks like plenty of room for a decent rise from here ? dont forget the quarterly report will be out before the weekend so we will get some more nuts and bolts in that I presume.

Initially I thought the headline number was well short of the $200m required but it looks like they will loan us the $70m extra cash if Wayne cant get Azure to scratch up a lower interest rate

Also the 19.9% number is the maximum allowed before going to full take over ? maybe they will have a tilt at some stage down the line
