Question: Is there a point where the rate of price depreciation becomes unattractive to shorts, even if there isn't upward price pressure?
My thoughts are that if the shareprice flatlines, then retail shorts may lose interest and close their positions, but institutional shorts that are more linked to hedging and liquidity can potentially remain.
