That’s actually misleading

what happens is that the LNP were in power and as usual with pretty much all governments in Oz - there was poor government

but the LNP stayed at the wheel for a while - a lot of it due to Labor having to do major internal reforms early.

But onwards the LNP went - driving the ute at higher speed towards the cliff edge and they finally changed drivers putting a religious crazy at the wheel - still hurtling for the cliff edge

when the kids in the Ute got the chance at the election to ditch the LNP drivers and put the Labor driver in the seat behind the wheel - the Ute was going so fast that no one could stop it from going over the cliff

and that’s all you are seeing now - banging on the rocks on the plummet to the bottom

this disaster was unstoppable

the kids left it too late to ditch the crazies

the inevitable firey crash at the bottom is coming, and no amount of pressing the brakes or screaming will stop it

nor will sliding the LNP crazies back into the driver’s seat
