Meltdown will be high on the probability list if they run out of water. Coal plants can have shortages and require water to be trucked in. Nuke plants require multiple amounts of water compared to Coal. I don't know how the Dud can possibly sell this brain phart to the voters, as it's pie in the sky stuff.
The UAE plant recently up and running took 15 years to build including tenders and licencing etc, and it's an autocricy where any push back is met with a bullet! South Korea built it for them with their own skilled workers. Ended up costing US25 billion ! We need 20 of the bloody things! Just a mindless distraction from Labs job at hand.
