pingu, if they walked away they could not have put another bid for AGM for another 6 month.

Thus if anyone else decides to get in and bid for AGM, ZFX could only sit and watch. Nothing else.

By doing what they have, ZFX will keep their options open. The only thing is that we, as AGm shareholders, will more likely than not, endure more of those gruelling posts from ZFX holders.

These are my opinions only and can stand correcting.
