What anyone here has to consider and it seem that no one wants to reply to is:

Why on earth is ZFX willing to pay $1.00 per share, for something that is totally useless, nothing but blue sky, and full of hot air??

And, from what they say they are giving us all a huge premium for doing so.

AGM is no good, it is useless and a lot of blue sky and yet ZFX are wasting their money, their time and ours, baling us out from hot water.

I think that someone here,(and in this case ZFX if what they say is all true), needs a head shrink and, it aren't AGM.
