Water is the key, land is land, but water is a commodity for the future. We can develop all sorts of agriculture with technology in hybrid livestock and crops, but none of them work without water. Sustainability is an untapped industry right now. You will see more agricultural aggregations in the future list on the ASX including listed property, so entry will be open to anyone, it needs to be.
