    Justis-you need to appreciate the mindset of the average punter though. Over the last 20 years or so property has been easy money, so much so that every second mum and dad got in on the action.

    Now that action is drying up, people are actually loosing money. It’s nice to say 'long term' but how many years will people be able to endure losing money? Psychologically it’s very difficult, especially with no guarantee of future gains?

    Compund deflating prices...you would need nerves of steele.
