Your response didnt really answer my question-how much money in total did the property cost you, and what woudl the outcome have been had the money been invested in say ASX200 etc? It would be interesting, though the property would probably have you ahead given the crazy increases.
But there lays the problem-its fine if you bought years ago, but it’s now a dud investment for most entrants.
