    Quite true.. we can never really tell what government intervention may lay ahead. Even if the cost is increased debt...

    I am not calling for a crash I think it will basically flat line from here indexed to inflation. The last 30 years of huge gains nationally are goneski. that's not to say there wont be some opportunities along the way but gone are the days when a punter can buy almost anything and win..IMO.
