Why would the writing be on the wall? Bears are driven by fear. Not rational thought. I doubt anything will affect the property market except high interest rates and unemployment. And please don't sight a few companies going out of business. as unemployment. until we are at 10% with 10% interest rates no problems. Plus if that happens banks will tighten and none of you will be able to borrow money to buy property anyway.
