    It is very simple. The first 10 years are marginally profitable from a fcf perspective if capex spread across LOM. Marginal.

    Guess what happens when you run the numbers on exceptionally low grade after 10? Now where is that pesky DFS to refute my best guess?

    Another endearing quality of these threads is how quick the TOU button is affected when debate steps outside of myopia. A sure sign you shouldn't be investing your own money.
