    The company that is supplying and erecting the Crushing circuit EMS/Index Engineering has confirmed the crusher will be commissioned on the 30th July.


    If this is the case and it was 30th July 2013 then there should be a performance clause in the contract. In that case EMS/Index Engineering would be in big doo doo.
