Seems to be a sticking point between VPE and Impress.
Apparently the Consultant Engineer who is governing the EPT is a very cautious man in regards to Water Draw Down.
Whatever that means....GS wants the ramp up to happen sooner rather than later.

Could have confirmation soon, looks like we may have secured the Rig that will be doing the 3 wells for Suart imminently.August is still a go ahead based on the timeframe there.
