I agree. If they were to put out an update they would have to be very specific about where they are at, because if they just repeated 'advanced stage' it wouldn't look good.

In saying that if by the end of the quarter there is still no announcement I think they need to update share holders. I have no idea when this is coming I just hope the board sticks to there guideline of completing in the 1st quarter.
