Funny you should mention dilution Emma, one(1) more announced today, more dillution to investors. I suggest that those not happy with progress vote for change at the next AGM, although I am sure that once the hard yards has been done, that's exactly what the Chinese (Ample Skill) will do, rid themselves of current and replace with their own.

The major shareholder (Ample) could of course use the lack of progress and the BMB share price as the catalyst for calling change should they (Ample) do the spilling of the board attempt or take out, they have the voting power after all. Funny thing though, is it not Ample Skill that has this share price well in control, looks like a BCC all over again so be carefull any prospective investors:lol
