"The Warro Joint Venture (“WJV”) participants, Transerv and Alcoa, have recently applied for a retention lease over the Warro field and the participants plan to continue with further appraisal work once the lease is granted."
And this..
"Transerv is awaiting Alcoa’s approval to proceed with the next phase of the work program"
imo Alcoa are waiting on "retention lease" to be approved before coughing up any more moolah.
