I agree, GMG is showing strong growth in future developments from what i read.
GPT need to show shareholders that they are willing to spend money to make money. I saw they have bought something in the sydney CBD?
Mirvac are raising 500m trying to but Westpac Office Trust, it's a healthy sign the sector is recovering.
There was a nice report on the ABC last week saying the REITS were hardest hit with the economy and are showing signs of recovery with more cap raising..
Either way i feel with IOF and GMG above 60c GPT shareholders are sitting on something about to move, great afternoon run from what i see. You can't pick them.. I timed it beautifully at 57c, when to sell is the question !
