Yes, Moon you know my opinion on these Liars...vendor Bids... Bah...I'll say it again...Its False & Misleading conduct, and if found out, it is fraudulent... you are correct...as I said the other week, litigation may become the norm if values die in the rear,and these practices can be proved... I'v made many points on HC about the blameworthiness of the auction process itself, as a contributor to bubble prices & fueling debt.... its going to come back to haunt some, IMHO
the joke is now,the cats outa the bag, with only Joe the goose,2 dogs & a cat at the average auction nowadays, there aint no bids at all...hype's all gone.....
even Polly (from the TV show "the Block-), a "fallen star", has been Fired from Celebrity apprentice...lol lol her infamy from a dud real estate show didnt save her arse,,,ha ha ha
