I myself too live on the surfcoast and i occasionally do a bit of cash work for a high end glazier (dbl glazed units overlooking water) This guy has been working on the coast for over 15 years and he said trust me things are slowing down at the top end.. he said larger jobs are still there but the volume isn't eg torquay sands-he also believes he hasnt seen the start of it yet.. hmm who knows
