No we will not learn anything nor can rely on anything said to be said by the board.

I have communicated with the board several times specifically requesting email responses to the most fundamental of questions. That the board members always insist on a phone call (to forum members no less) to disseminate information is a very dubious way of doing business.

In my years in industry the managers/CEO's I have found the most untrustworthy (some, one a CEO, were outright pathological liars) are those who will not commit to anything in writing. Simple email requests for firm timelines, available resources, budgets or the like were always never responded to.
