Stating our board members always insist on a phone call to disseminate information is false and misleading.
All public companies simply invite investors to call as per company policy.
Claiming this is a dubious way of doing business is accusatory and alarmist and based on ill founded assumption.
I get that you are angry and frustrated as am I and I assume the majority.
Venting on here won't change anything.
If enough investors bothered to call we may instigate change......certainly couldn't hurt!
