    Yes cham it would seem (from the way I read the Form 603 document) that Prospero Capital bought its stake in three large chunks.

    So you would have to assume that they are fairly confident that things are going to happen and that QPN's share price will appreciate from the present level of about 1 - 1.1 cent.
