to all the cwe holders it would look like the cwe chart might be set for a bollinger break out. the price action is on the upper bollinger band after a retracement on tue and wed. todays close at 25c sits right at upper band and a close at 25.5 to 26 tom would be ideal.
on a side note watch out for some media coverage on fri, something international.
