As mentioned they made a promise to all shareholders that they will make a similar offer to all shareholders that they discounted for the INSTO... The money is not needed and why will anyone take up the offer, when we can buy below the offer.
They shares will not get anymore diluted than they have... In fact they negoitated a great deal from the INSTOS in exchange for shares. They obviously have some more distressed assets to acquire...
I wish we would hear more from the Management about what they intend to do with all the extra cash from the INSTOS. This is putting pressure on the SP now... The SPP has scared many investors off for now.
Been accummulating and hoping for more news from Management to explain their lack of communication to date. Making many investors bail- IMO.
