When will we know about any discussions with the banks? Someone mentioned the end of March
at some point. Needs to be sorted by end of April?
I am hoping that if a refinancing is necessary (as suggested by the share price action) that it will be
done of suitable terms, as Helphire (now Redde) did in the UK in early 2013.
Very similar business to SGH, and was also in a bit of a heavily borrowed position until its 2013 refinancing.
Since when Helphire (Redde's) shares have risen maybe 15 to 20 fold.
Definitely worth referring back to Helphire in UK's history, Ticker REDD. I am hoping that history will
repeat itself!
The banks need the lawyers to bring in the money. If they pull the plug, only the tortfeasors' insurers will
benefit.
