Given the business has a highly variable cost base (most of the cost base), a 30% reduction in revenue with JK could result in a greater reduction in wage expense (40-50k a year vs. say the nurses / staff get paid $80k) - that is a 50% reduction in cost base for the business. Profitability could actually benefit. Just a theoretical example here.
