If I understand it correct and keeping it simple and using random numbers to understand the benefit.
A nurse is hired by PPE. They earn 1500 per week. They are contracted out and make PPE $2000 a week.
If they work the week, the employee get 1500 from PPE, PPE gets 750 from JK and 2000 revenue. PPE benefit is 1250,
If they are not contracted out, the employee get 1500 from PPE, PPE gets 750 from JK. PPE out of pocket 750.
But are the staff casual? So not sure how the second scenario works. All depends on the how the employee is paid by PPE. The employee might just get the 750 and PPE is not out of pocket?
