A doubling of the issue is very unlikely I think. In the SPP booklet I see no provision for exceeding the $5.5M cap. Aren't there rules and limits on the size of capital raisings relative the market cap or shares on issue?
Applicants paying the full $30,000 are putting a lot of cash at risk of a surprise second covid financial plummet prior to allotment May18. They likely also receive a number of PPE shares not much more than a $3,000 applicant.
