It's all about the assumptions of U price and costs they are using . If for example that have you at 40 for the next 3 years then that makes sense . If they had U at 50 at target at 21 , then I would want to look deeper .
PDN is a very leveraged U price play. UBS I think have been bearish on the stock for a alar. Having said that they were recommending Oil stocks at more than double their current prices.
I have never worried about broker reports if our assumptions don't align .
