You both well could be right, however I believe it is entirely possible it could lower.
While fundamentals can determine the value of a company there is no accounting for the actions of buyers and sellers. The psychology of the market can be quite divergent from the fundamentals.
A 50% retrace from May 05 is significant however the technicals also consider the 66-68% fib lines.
Anyway it's a good share to trade up and down.
