Hardy, Cando Campbell is splitting DERM into two depts. one to handle enviromental issues and the other to try and fast track mining applications, I would hazard a guess that this will be in our favour and Mantle will be in a position to ask for the complete package of what they require. Cando speaks of his first 100 days as being a fast ride.
