    FYI
    the SPP is underwritten up to $5m by Patto, unless the SP is pushed down below 5.5c (not sure what is the limit set by Patto for their underwriting agreement).

    Probably you are doing the company a favour by selling 272727 shares now and take up $15000 worth of shares ([email protected]), thus transfering the money from the market into JH's pocket.
