I did mean what I said, even adding a 'sustained' won't change the fact that
It was NOT a sustained flow rate of 300bpod but a MAXIMUM sustained flow rate.

The keyword is not sustained, but maximum.

The questions you should be asking are:
What is the minimum sustained flow rate over a 4 hr period?
What is the average sustained flow rate over a 4 hr period?
What is the most likely flow rate that is NOT the maximum?
How long was the MAX. sustained flow rate over a 4 hr period? 10mins?

If it was a MIN or average sustained flow rate of 300bpod, we may expect the EPT to be close to that.
