Your "back of envelope" estimate of the production costs for Yarrabubba
presumably would have been done by TMT management too, and then
more refined calculations would have been done by them before they announced
this to the market. Otherwise, they'd look like complete idiots. If they were to mine at a loss,
it defeats the purpose of the whole exercise as a low capex initial project to support GVP
I'd imagine they would have had to present the refined calculations to convince SInosteel
before the latter announced their involvement to the market, otherwise they'd look like idiots.

I suggest we all wait and see their next announcement about Yarrabubba
which will hopefully contain some details of production costs and timelines etc.
