    Both Santos and Total are most likely JV partners to come into Surprise with us.

    Santos having the Palm oil field and surrounding leases and Total for their international size and clout.

    Both are in with us in the same/likewise mod.So it only stands to reason that, when RC said Surprise will be developed now with possible partners he was giving a BIG hint as to what's going on in the back office rooms at CTP.
