    As a then junior assistant to our Chairman , Sir Ian McPharlane , I am one of the few remaining geos to have been involved in the drilling of both the Palm Valley and the Mereeney gas and oil fields.

    I vividly recall being very cold during the winter and roasting hot during the summer months. Great days to recall. Conix
