    PSI, talking up surprise so highly ,is clearly for me a part of a negotiation tactic with a possible JV.

    I think we are due for news on that front soon too.

    This shaping up as the most significant QTR in CTP history.

    Good luck on Tuesday and in the weeks to come to all holders, especially the ones who held for many years (and options...)
