The news on Spain and Ecuador is strongly positive but I also was taken by the comments regarding the Canadian Cardium project. The upfront costs to date are quite modest and the clear intent is for PRL to monetise these in the near future for what I surmise to be a substantial amount of cash. If that is the case, it may also explain PRL's tardiness signing up a JV partner for Spain. Its looking like massive earner so they are understandably reluctant to let someone take the cream. Instead, they can fund the Tesorillo well and deal with the results whichever way they fall. Mkt asleep to this stock atm but I don't think that will be for long. I biased (and overweight in PRL) but its for good reasons (I think).
