Hypothetically speaking has anyone considered that MAK can close their T/O today which they have said they will do and then next week accept the offer from UCL for all their BON shares
Would that give them control?
I haven't done the sums

Anyway if MAK don't consolidate their relationship with UCL quickly then I don't think the joint venture with BON will be confirmed and UCL will go their own way
