I ask the question again. Have the directors and management been buying on market at the depressed prices... If not - I ask why?
It's great that they are all putting up the 15k (less prev. spp this year) to take up their full entitlements (which is chump change if the proj. ever meets targets). I'd put way more stock (so to speak) in on market buying by these people (given information asymmetries).
